Warranty Claims or Damaged Tables

If you have just received your table and it is damaged or faulty, or if you have any other warranty claim, please start by taking some photographs of the problem.

Please email these to [email protected], along with your order number and a description of the problem.

If possible please ensure that the photographs are no bigger than 1 megabyte per image, as if they are any bigger it can cause problems with them getting through to us.

We usually respond to confirm receipt of your email within 1 hour (Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5pm - excluding Bank Holidays), so if you have not had a reply, please assume that for some reason we have not received your email and give us a call.

Once we have received the images and a description of the problem we will speak with Butterfly and arrange for the problem to be rectified.

Please Note: If it is safe to do so, please continue to use the table while we get things sorted as we wouldn’t want to spoil any fun you were planning. This will not affect any warranty replacement.

If You Are Missing Any Parts or Accessories

If you have received your table and there is anything missing please email us at [email protected] to let us know.

Please ensure that you state the following:

1) Your order number
2) Your name (or the name that the order was placed under)
3) The address that you'd like the parts to be sent to (if different to the original delivery address)
4) A description of the parts you need
