Whilst designed for self-assembly and straightforward, the tops are large and heavy, so two people are required and some tools (not supplied) are needed.

Allow around 90 minutes to assemble - no drilling or measuring, just nuts, bolts, and screws. (Over 80% of customers build their own.)

If you'd rather not assemble it yourself, we offer a this assembly service.

  • We require a clean, well-lit, undercover area of at least 8' x 10' (243cm x 305cm).
  • We'll need parking for a high-top van for at least 90 minutes, within sight of the build location.
  • The team cannot remove packaging due to recycling restrictions.
  • The service does not include drilling static tables to the floor (most schools keep them free-standing)."

Backed by a ten year table warranty you can rest assured it will withstand all the rain, frost, snow and sunshine the UK weather system can throw at it. It can also survive the extensive, frequent and boisterous use it gets in the average school playground. The safety corners are invaluable where there are young children playing and the highly durable steel net makes the table even more robust, long lasting and virtually maintenance free. This model features the Cornilleau DSi folding system, the quickest and safest on the market. The 540m pro outdoor also benefits from a full-mat finish which reduces glare on the playing surface by 10 times plus it has brakes on the wheels.
