If You Are Missing Any Parts or AccessoriesIf you have received your Kettler table and there is anything missing please email us at [email protected] to let us know.
Please ensure that you state the following:
1) Your order number
2) Your name (or the name that the order was placed under)
3) The address that you'd like the parts to be sent to (if different to the original delivery address)
4) A description of the Kettler parts you need
We will respond to confirm receipt of your email within 1 hour (Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5pm - excludes Bank Holidays), so if you have not had any reply, please assume that for some reason we have not received your email and give us a call.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event that you're missing a nut or bolt and are able to source a local hardware store, we will happily reimburse you the cost of the part if it is during the time that we are closed for Christmas. If not, we will send the part once we are open again.
Warranty Claims or Damaged TablesIf you have just received your Kettler table and it is damaged or faulty, or if you have any other warranty claim, please start by taking some photographs of the problem.
Please then email these to [email protected], along with your order number and a description of the problem.
If possible please ensure that the photographs are no bigger than 1 megabyte per image, as if they are any bigger it can cause problems with them getting through to us.
We will respond to confirm receipt of your email within 1 hour (Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5pm - excludes Bank Holidays), so if you have not had a reply, please assume that for some reason we have not received your email and give us a call.
Once we have received the images and a description of the problem we will speak with Kettler and arrange for the problem to be rectified.
Please Note: If it is safe to do so, please continue to use the table while we get things sorted as we wouldn’t want to spoil any fun you were planning. This will not affect any warranty replacement.
