Warranty Claims or Damaged Tables
If you have just received your table and it is damaged or faulty, or if you have any other warranty issue, please start by taking some photographs of the problem.
Table Flatness: if you think that your table top (or tops) are not perfectly flat, most manufacturers work to a set standard European tolerance. Please scroll down to the section on tolerances to find out if your table tops are within the accepted norm.
Please email any pictures to
[email protected], along with your order number and a description of the problem. You will also need to include your serial and reference number which is located on the underside of one of the table halves. Please see the following image for a better idea of where to find this sticker:
If possible please ensure that the photographs are no bigger than 1 megabyte per image, as if they are any bigger it can cause problems with them getting through to us.
We
usually respond to confirm receipt of your email within 1 hour (Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5pm - excluding Bank Holidays), so if you have not had a reply, please assume that for some reason we have not received your email and give us a call.
Once we have received the images and a description of the problem we will speak with Cornilleau and arrange for the problem to be rectified.
Please note: If it is safe to do so, please continue to use the table while we get things sorted, we wouldn’t want to spoil any fun you were planning. This will not affect any warranty replacement.

Tolerance
If you have assembled your table and are worried the table halves don't look
perfectly flat, please be aware most table tennis manufacturers work to a
pre-set tolerance.
The reason for this is that it will not affect the play quality of your table
at all. The ball bounces on such a tiny area it doesn't affect its flight.
Even competition tables are built to a tolerance. To ensure that all tables
were 100% flat they would be much heavier, harder to move and more expensive
but would offer no noticable benefits.
The tolerances for Cornilleau tables are as follows:
