Unfortunately Kettler's parent company went bankrupt in Germany a couple of years ago and that was where everything was manufactured. Since then we have not be able to get any spare parts.
Kettler GB still exist but they don't actually make anything, they just rebrand other manufacturers products with their logo. The only Kettler parts we still have avaialble are the side panes below.
