DSV Deliveries

If your table is being delivered by DSV you can enter your order number in the box below (from 5pm the working-day before) and we'll be able to show you the position on the round, from this you can get an indication of when to expect delivery. Please note this information is not always 100% accurate, sometimes the drivers have to change their routes to avoid traffic problems etc. The driver should call you around one before arrival.


Delivery Schedules

Information should be available from 5pm on the working-day before your delivery. If our system says there is nothing out for delivery please check you have the right day and that you've entered the correct order number. If in doubt please call us and we'll be happy to help. We are open from 9 - 5.30 Mon to Friday, although you may get us outside these hours. We also have an out-of-hours help service available on our website (see the right hand side of any web page). Delivery schedule information relies on DSV supplying us the information to upload each night, if your delivery doesn't appear please do not assume it is definitely not coming, please call us and we'll check it for you.

HOW TO JUDGE DELIVERY TIME

From the position on the round you should get a rough idea of when to expect arrival. Deliveries can be from 7am to 7pm (it's very rare for deliveries to be made outside these hours). As a 'ROUGH' guide, if you are in the first third of the round we would expect you to receive your table between 7am and 11am, middle third between 11am and 3pm and final third between 3pm and 7pm. This does depend on the size of the round (average round is 19 deliveries), delivery area, traffic, as well as what time the vehicle leaves the DSV depot. We supply this information to try to help you plan your day but we can't stress enough that it is not guaranteed. Please have a 'Plan B' if the driver calls to say he'll arrive outside the estimated time.
