Butterfly have a very high damage rate with their 1 man deliveries so you will need to thoroughly check the table when it arrives. If you suspect the table may be damaged please sign for it as damaged and advise us immediately. Obviously any damaged goods will be replaced at our expence.
Butterfly deliveries are made by D2H, part of Nightfreight. They offer a two-man delivery service, normally within 7-10 working days. You will receive a call from D2H to book a suitable delivery date. The driver will also call 30 minutes before arrival.
Unfortunately out of all the tables we supply we have the highest amount of damage with Butterfly deliveries. Please ensure you inspect the package for damage or sign for it un-checked.
